More Lincoln Glass Plates Discovered

Seems like the curators are finding all sorts of Lincoln plates...

Just caught this headline on cnn:

There was also another set depicting Lincoln the day of the Gettysburg address that had recently been discovered.

My daughter bought me several boxes of half-plate glass plates at an estate auction a few weeks ago. Alas, no Mr. Lincoln in there, just 1900-ish snapshots and what look for all the world like prom pictures. *Sigh* Any advice on cleaning glass negatives? Some of them have brown spots.
