Nikkor 120 SW on 8x10 examples

Anybody have any nice shots with this? I can figure about what the field of view would look like but I'd still like to see some photos.

    Yes, great lens.

Go to this page of my web site: http://www.walterpcalahan.com/Cheers...;20County.html

Look at image 'Carroll County 15'. It was made with the Nikkor 120 on a Canham 8x10.

Not sure if this is helpful as you are asking about 8X10 but if you are interested in examples with a 4X5 at all try John Sexton's Listen to the Trees. There are some very nice (and sharp) images taken with the Nikon 120 mm lens. In fact, I believe the images taken with the 120 and the 150 look the sharpest to me in the entire book, and those using the 210 just behind. One of the photos was taken with a 5X7 camera and the 120,I believe. Check out the technical image page at the end of this wonderful collection of images.

Thanks Ed. Always appreciate a kind word!

I'm a sucker for those old auto repair / filling station buildings with the front awnings.

The extreme focal lengths (120mm and 1200mm) don't get nearly the workout that my Nikkor 240mm and Cooke XVa get.

Many thanks. I'm considering an intermediate to fit between my 90 and 210 for 4x5 and figure ultrawide for 8x10 would be a very nice bonus.

Nice work, indeed, Paul. I have a 120/14 Berthiot Perigraphe that I don't use often enough, so these shots provide some inspiration. Here's a Perigraphe shot that I've posted before--
