Philippe, my workflow is hybrid. I scan the negatives and work on the images in computer. As one of the finishing steps I apply a tone to the grayscale file in a way that was described by Ken Lee on his website (he has since changed the suggestion how to tone the images, uses a different method, maybe even better, but I stick with the older one using Quadtones). Also I can decide how I want to tone the image, which color suits the image better.

I fear that if I only used darkroom techniques while working on the prints, the results would be nowhere as interesting (and possibly good) as what you see. My darkroom skill was not very good, and I have not done any traditional print for almost 2 years, so have possibly already forgot what few I knew

Well, it really must be a good image, if even the Masters (the ones I consider Masters ) stop to enjoy it.

Jiri, you are far too modest.

Your sunflower images made me throw my 105/4.5 tessar on the Seneca 5x7 and shoot one of my favorite flowers, an Herbstonne rudbeckia. My unworthy contribution:
