    Unfortunately I am never able to get the right tonalities in the net.
    The beauty in the Rose is in its whites in the petals, that here look like a dismal grey.
    This is actually a photographs I took of the image with a cheap digital camera.
    I can't expect much now, can I?

    The tonality may be limited, but the overal relationship is still very clear, and the web does not limit composition and sharpness anyway. That being said, I'd love to see it for real some day.

    further proof that it matters little what camera a photograph is taken with : it's the visual impact that matters most

    The BW work is mostly very good (some is even stunning), as usuall. But the orchid of Darr Almeda in color is plain wonderful. If you don't mind, I'll add this to my projects, try to get a picture at least half that beautiful
