Overhead DIY softbox, a foamcore reflector in front of the flower. I might have had another light pointed at the face of the flower, I'm not exactly sure as it was a few weeks ago.
I don't remember exactly, I know I had the bellows extended nearly all the way. It's a fairly large flower; the head is about the size of my palm.
That may or may not answer your question. I'm not terribly well educated in LF terminology.

Do carnivorous pitcher plants count?
From the Atlanta Botanical Garden. Local photo club had a field trip. Lots of photographers with small format cameras and no tripods. Personal Challenge: Take the 4x5 and get at least one nice image. Got a few - this one was with a 210mm focused from my tip toes as it pointed down into a stand of Sarracenccia (?) plants. I liked the shapes and repeating forms. Tri-X 320P or was that Acros 100?

Love the pink flower close-up - like a landing of a rover on another world.
