I just got a new-to-me B&L Projection Lens. I think it's somewhere in the 12-14 inch range. The diameter is 3.5 inches, so I guessed that it's a f/4 and shot these...

Both were shot with a single strobe in an otherwise dark room. (Sadly I wasn't given a Packard Shutter with the lens I actually made a temporary lensboard out of cardboard... I was worried that it was gonna fall off.

Let me know what you think and shout out any suggestions for what to do with a nice, old, projection lens.

Looks like you found something great to do with it. Nice shot. Keep shooting with it. Is this the Arista film?

Thanks Richard! It is indeed Arista.EDU 100. The lens might cover 8x10 if you're interested in playing with it at some point.

Those a pretty, and a refreshingly new take on a well worn subject.
