    I usually wear a white labcoat, have wild hair and claim to have a "flux-converter" in my car.
    That scares them enough.....

    "does it take good pictures?"

    "don't know. I'll let you know if it ever takes one"

    I try to be friendly. It was a friendly photographer who took time with me at Jeffery Pine in 1983 that introduced me to large format and changed my life.
