Foma materials are made in the Czech Republic. The USD/CZK exchange rate hit record lows last week and stays there; USD is weakest in history compared to the Czech local currency. I'd better start investing into other currencies...

Probably the same for the Euro, Pound, Australian Dollar and a host of other currencies. I don't remember it being this bad since the time of Jimmy Carter in the late 70s.

but the Canadian dollar has gone from around 85c to the US dollar to over 97c to the US dollar in the last year and will most likely be on par pretty soon - that's a pretty massive change and even more so since 2003 when the Cdn$ was only 70c US)
