Is there a particular profile we should use if submitting Photoshop RGB. Is the standard Adobe RGB what you're after? My MAC shows a couple of RGB options.

A horizontal gets printed 7.5 inches wide on a 8.5 x 11 inch page.... sorry I know that is tiny but I really don't think people want to turn the book sideways.
