So we need a nice short punchy title for the little print-on-demand-book that so many of you contributed to. The subhead will read:
"Photographs from Members of the www.largeformatphotography.info Forum"
But that's rather dry... so suggestions are welcome. Dictatorial rule however.
Any short little intoductory essays, especially as the relate to the broad LF community and the mix of photographers here (nothing self-centered... ) would be considered as well. Think about what this forum means to you.
As for the book's progress, it is laid out and I am doing the final tweaks and creating a cover and intro text... in a few days I will send it out for the first proof. Then I am going away until September 4, when I then should return home to see a proof. One more round of tweaking and then I think it will be ready for a Beta release... where it can be further revised if my layout doesn't piss too many people off.
It is coming out to be around 144 pages and should cost about $30 shipped.
There are quite of mix of photos in the book... mostly rocks and trees, but with some very attractive trees and rocks to break things up. (And some still life and architecture and the occassional human being or animal.)
Now don't bother me w petty, whiney stuff like you don't want your picuture printed sideways, etc. ;-)
