You shouldn't need a copal shutter at all. A piece of really thin aluminum, dril led with the pinhole size you are looking for and taped to a lensboard is about as complicated as you need to get. A Sinar P2 turned into a pinhole camera? Doesn't kind of defeat both ideas at th e same time?
