I got the last one in stock at B&H. Now it seems that nobody has them.

You did this to me, then.

What is going on with Kodak? I'm really, really serial.

It isn't just Kodak-- I had a devil of a time tracking down a Quickload holder.

Make sure you sign up to be "notified" when they are back in stock at B&H -- and the minute you get the email be sure to jump, they sometimes get small quantities.

I have shot a ton of readyload in my life without ever using the propper holders. I always use my pola-holder 545 or whatever the number is

Get a polaroid 545i and be done with it. Any particular reason to use the Kodak product?

Awhile back Steve Simmons wrote an article about the use of Fuji and Kodaks holders using each others films. I think they might be interchangeable, but I would check first.

They are interchangable. I use Readyloads (Kodak) as well as Quickloads (Fuji) in Quickload and Polaroid holders.

The Readyload holder saga is a long and painful one. Kodak redesigned it (twice) and folks got really tired of the number of ruined shots from light leaks in earlier days. The Readyload system seems to work OK now, but the 3 holders appear to be interchangable. Exception - you have to do Polaroids in the Polaroid holder.
