Greetings. If there are those among you who have experience with both of these lenses, which do you feel is sharper, a pre WWII non-coated 360mm Schneider Tele-Xenar, or a single coated Graflex (Wollensak) 380mm Tele Optar?
Greetings. If there are those among you who have experience with both of these lenses, which do you feel is sharper, a pre WWII non-coated 360mm Schneider Tele-Xenar, or a single coated Graflex (Wollensak) 380mm Tele Optar?
I have both in post-WW2 coated versions, and the 15" Tele-Optar is sharper with better contrast. It's also a huge, monster of a lens.
