Wow! What film, Daniel?
Tri-X 320 in HC110, this shot in particular had an orange filter (to bring out the golden grass, and darken the sky a bit) I also under developed to try and bring the sky down a bit. Not sure if the filter, or the under development did it. I metered the brightest horizon value nudging against zone 9 (through the filter), I'm not quite sure how far it got brought down after the shorter development, but I think it turned out well. Below is a recent image from my trip to Oregon. The image was cropped from 4 X 5 to as presented due to the extreme darkness in the lower right of the image. Image taken with Toho Shimo FC-45X, Congo WA 90mm f6.3 MC lens. Lens purchased from Jim Galli and yes Jim the lens is sharp out to or about the edges. Exposure approximately 1/2 sec at about f22 on Fujichrome Velvia 100.
