MPP 135mm Xenar Focussing Scale

Does anyone have one of the MPP focus scales that pops into the rail that they could scan? I am away canoeing and intend to use the MPP as handheld snapshot camera with a 6x12 back.

I have a leitz rangefinder so this would be mighty handy for transferring the information over.

Also anyone with a triple convertable Ross lens let me know I am desperate for a small covertable that will fit into the MPP body.
