Is Emulsion Magazine still in business?

It sounds like they are being sent surface mail. We sent a copy to Japan first class and in got there in less than a week.

And you know this because?????? Ask any foreign subscriber of Emulsion what the postage is on the envelope. Also ask them about the stickers that say first class, and the second one that says airmail. I've never sent one out surface mail. Yet you are assuming you know what I do?

Thanks Aggie for the refund. If I get it one day I will tell you and will send you again the amount. It's not a way for me to get anything for free. I just wanted to see that magazine.
