Sorry to hear your surgery has to be redone. My wife is totally thwarted in her ability to walk easily by plantar fascitis issues in one foot, and the pain is chronic and debilitating. I can imagine your irritation in being slowed down and even stopped with your knee problems. I hope the surgery and replacements are successful and you return to excellent health soon! Best wishes.
Hi Dave,
No concern, more curiousity.
PM sent your way.

But I am still waiting for the n°2 issue ordered and paid on March 22nd by the web site.

I would check with your local post office in France and see what is going on. I sent the first the same day you emailed me about it on April 13th. The second one I sent was two weeks later. At now $8.50 postage to send out a single copy to Europe, it gets a bit expensive. I've had copies sent to the Netherlands that can take up to 3 months to get there, and that sent airmail. I also have a couple in Canada that take 6 weeks to 2 months to get their copies. On the other hand people in Hong Kong get theirs in a couple of days. Once I put it in the mail, I have no control over the post offices and what they do. If you are like the Netherlands and the speed at which they get their mail from the USA, It could take up to another 6 weeks to get your single copy, followed in another 2 weeks by the second copy.
In the same time I got twice books from Amazon.com without any problem.

It sounds like they are being sent surface mail. We sent a copy to Japan first class and in got there in less than a week.

I never had any problem getting Lenswork, Photo Techniques or View Camera when it was directly coming from US. Every time in about a week or the worst in ten days.

I pay for and send everything first class airmail. There are those that get their magazines in a couple of days in Europe, and then others that I pay the same thing for, get it in many weeks to a couple of months.
BTW I refunded the money you paid for the single copy. When the magazine finally arrives via the postal system, just keep it as our gift.
