    Western National Park Lodges Cookbook

Yesterday I received a copy of Western National Park Lodges Cookbook by Kathleen Bryant. This was a complimentary copy as I have a photo in the book.

However, this announcement isn't about me. One of our own, Quang-Tuan Luong has 21 beautiful photos in the book - including just about every full-page chapter opener. I know how hard Tuan has worked on his National Parks Project (photographing all 58 of the US National Parks with his 5x7 Canham). So, it was very gratifying to see so much of his work in this book.

Western National Park Lodges Cookbook, published by Northland Publishing, is available from amazon.com.

Thanks to Tuan's images, the book is beautifully illustrated. I really enjoyed flipping though my copy with my wife last night. I was ooh-ing and ah-ing over the stunning photography and my wife was ooh-ing and ah-ing over the recipes. If you want to see some of Tuan's work in print, I recommend you check it out.

Cool, sounds like a great book.
I'm sure the images will overpower the food.
