Coating handmade papers for pigment inkjet printing

I understand that there is a "sizing" product out there that works well for coating handmade (or other non-microporous coated) papers for pigment ink printing.

I first heard this from a woman in the Canon printer booth at Photoplus2006 in NY. but I lost her contact information.

Does any one know what coating/sizing I can use to improve my results when printing on uncoated papers?

    Ken,

Check the Daniel Smith art supplies site. I was skimming their catalog last night and saw exactly what you're looking for...it's called inkAid and prepares paper and other substrates for inkjet printing. About $20 for a pint...

...or you could go directly to their website:

    http://www.inkaid.com/

They have lots of information on the use of their products, and a sampler kit is availible with all their coatings.
