I have a brochure at home that lists most of that info... are there specific lenses you want info for?
I found this website looking through the entries on this large format website. Carey Bird has some great information on Nikkor LF lenses. If you have any questions not answered on his website, he is VERY good about replying to all e-mails, at least he has been for me. Calumet Photographic and B&H both publish the specs on the Large Format Nikkors.
