    Appropriate Post?

I'm looking to buy a print made a specific way, of a specific type of subject. I'm having a devil of a time finding such via Google. Is it appropriate to ask in this forum what it is I'm looking for, and who in the community may have such a print for sale? There is one community member who has such prints, but the subject matter isn't exactly what I want, but close. It'll have to do if I can't find exactly what I want. If it is appropriate, which category do I post it in? Thanks.

I would post it as want to buy, and if inappropriate, I can't see why, the mods will delete it.

Put it in the "dying of curiosity" section.

A post in the "Wanted to buy" section would be OK, particularly if the print originates from a large format neg or transparency.
