I'm looking for a macro lens that will cover 8x15. I also have limited bellows draw? Any ideas?

I have a no name (think it is JML) process camera lens of 183mm focal length. It would get to 1:1 at about 14" bellows and would cover your format. Process cameras work at mostly the same ratios as macro so it should be a good candidate. Contact me off line if interested. It's an f8 lens. jimgalli at lnett dot com LNETT
We need some more information to give you a good answer. What range of magnification are you looking for? Up to 1:1? Beyond? How long are your bellows?
I have an old 8x15 camera with a maximum bellows draw of 23". I will be photographing dioramas, so I'd like to find a lens that will give me a 1:1 to a 1:5 ratio and still cover 15 inches.
Why not a G-Claron? Optimized for 5:1 to 1:5 and stopped down still useful as a moderate wide at infinity.
And reasonably priced, as well.
The Fujinon 240A will cover 8x10 at infinity, so at 1:1, its coverage will be double.
It is a process lens, designed for close work, but functions nicely at all distances.
I have an 135mm f/2 Xero-Nikkor (barrel, no shutter). It is optimized for 2X. Will comfortably cover what you want and more. Drop me a line if interested.
