That's backwards from most of us.

After reading Al Weber's book, I'd have to say to stop procrastinating & get out in the field more.
"I would feel more optimistic about a bright future for man if he spent less time proving that he can outwit Nature and more time tasting her sweetness and respecting her seniority"---EB White
Three years ago I took care of several field gear and method issues that raised my view camera work up several notches. However with that success, I stopped recording my exposure information as I was becoming amazingly accurate with few poor exposures. Then later I began to broaden the range of subject targets including some more difficult low light situations that I'm not as accurate with. I used to print out a chart with blanks fields to pencil in information on each shot. However in the heat of battle, that is a nuisance I was quick to eliminate. I'm a firm believer in reviewing exposure settings versus developed film for outdoor landscapes and archiving the information for future use. Now I need to start the habit of recording exposure information again and am determined to figure out a way to do so more quickly. ...David
Ole, you are worthy of great respect for many things, not the least of which is not being "in denial" about your gear-acquisition syndrome.
Pushing the envelope. Photography is a creative pursuit, but too often I shoot from the same perspective or photograph similar scenes.
