    grips on gitzo 1570

    How hard is it to crank down the arms on the gitzo 1570? My hand strength & dexterity has been declining at an alarming rate lately and dont want to be saddled with a new head I cant use. Alternately, can anyone recommend a 20lb+ head (ball or pan/tilt) for the arthritic? ... I'm also considering a ries double tilt. Thanks for any help.
