Epson 3800 Information

If anyone's interested, there's a description and photos of the 3800 at www.inkjetart.com. Not a serious review, just a description of the printer and some photos. Of greatest interest to me was the fact that they were able to make prints that were 37 inches long (17x37). Epson or someone else previously said the longest paper that could be used was 24 inches or something like that. I've also read of people in the U.S. being able to get a 3800 from inkjetart. I don't know whether that was because they were on a waiting list or not but if you're impatient it might be worth checking into.

I think they are available out there if you look around. Ink Jet Art seems to have created great demand through aggressive marketing. I picked one up yesterday at Exom Vaios. It was my first phone call and they had several in stock. (that was yesterday.) I would call around before I got on any long wait lists.
