[un]official epson 4990 film holder replacements

Has anyone ever brought replacement film holders for the epson 4990.. are the film holders the same as for the 4490. Do Epson sell them, i can't see any mention of them on their site.

I know you can buy after market (non-epson) film holders.. how much do these come to roughly.

I'll need medium format and 35mm, mainly large format too of course. If i could use the 4490 film holders on the 4990 then i'd have 35mm and medium format mostly covered. just not panormaic MF beyond 6x12cm.

They should be able to get you the factory OEM replacement holders you need.

Doug is too modst,his replacement holders are great for all MF film and will allow you to do panos of most any size. See the website he listed.

Another vote for Doug's holders... great for 6x12 pans when I did such a thing...

thanks guys, in the end I didn't get the scanner.. selling on the bay without those accessories.. in the end adding on the replacement set, delivery etc and it wasn't really a good deal anymore.
