U.S. Camera Annual for 1955 has a section of nine photographs by Ansel Adams, all done with Polaroid film. The first plate "Figure and Dark Stone" is arguably a nude. On the other hand she has her breasts mostly draped with, well, a drape. So you "can't really see anything" as the expression goes. This is closest and only example of a nude by Ansel Adams that I am aware of.

Hi comments in his autobiography or one of his books that he really didn't care for taking photos of nudes.
Yes... I read that also, but who amongst us hasn't taken at least one... whether we like that genre or not?
