I inherited one of these. It's an enlarging lens of moderate to good performance; not quite up to the standard of the Componon or Componon-s, but not far off. It covers up to 6x9cm format.

I use mine at the end of an extension bellows on a 35mm camera for macro work. It'll go to 1:1 and beyond without the need for reversal.
