Sounds like fun, count me in. That is as long as the number of participants doesn't get outragously high, like 30+. I don't know if I'd want to make that many prints, but then again maybe that would be cool since I'd be getting back 30 different prints from other photographers. That's the way it would work, right?
Count me in please. Any thoughts on the size of the prints.

Yes!Does everyone get to keep the prints?
Last time we had about 15 participants...shall we draw the line at 15?Sounds like fun, count me in. That is as long as the number of participants doesn't get outragously high, like 30+.
I guess I should read all the posts before I post...oh well.
It depends. If someone wants to contact print 11x14 or larger then that is fine. If you want to do just 4x5 contacts then that is fine too...just remember, 4x5 contacts are kinda small.Any thoughts on the size of the prints.
8x10 prints sound good to me.
So Oren, are you in?
I'm in. I think you should set a size limit (8x10 or maybe 11x14 at the biggest, also specify no mats) because of postage cost concerns, especially if some of the participants are overseas. Last time I was in one of these (not the one you handled last year) the postage cost was about $50 per person for a batch of about 15 prints, partly because a couple people had big prints on big mats and partly because a couple participants were in Europe and it ran up the postage.
RC is OK with me.

Before you criticize someone, walk a mile in their shoes. That way when you do criticize them you'll be
a mile away and you'll have their shoes.
I say let each person decide how large they want to print. As long as it's from a lf camera then I'd assume they'd all be 4x5 contacts or enlargements as big as each photographer decides. However we may want to put a cap on the size just to make it easier and less expensive to ship. But if someone is going to send in an ultra large contact print then by all means go for it!
I suppose once the open enrollment closes we could just vote on this. Either way I'm flexible.
Just read Brian's response, and I too agree no mats, just prints
