GOLD TONING?

I'm looking for current information on the latest methouds of High Quality Gold Toning of Black and White Prints. Is there any sug estted reading or sites. Thanks, MAC

Check out the book "Basic Techniques of Photography II" by John Schaefer. In it he covers formulae and toning procedures using gold thiocyanate and gold borax. I believe Bostick and Sullivan may have some info on their site as well.

The Darkroom Cookbook, by Steve Anchell, will tell you everything you need to know about gold toning. Photographer's Formulary, in Montana can furnish the chemistry. Both are excellent sources for anyone who does their own processing. Hope this helps.
