I have a Rototrim Model 24. It has been an excellent piece of equipement until recently. I don't seem to be able to get a square print from it any longer. Anyone have any suggestions on what to do ? How about a US phone number for the company ? Anything would be helpful. As most of you know this is not a cheap piece of equipment and hopefully I can fix the problem. Thanks.

Use the grid lines instead of the backstop to align you paper perpedicular before cutting. I don't trust their backstop to give me square cuts. Nobody outside of Japan makes precise products like that.
You might check the steel cutting strip and the cutter-head bar to see if either has come loose and shifted a bit, Paul. Both are simply attached with screws, so are subject to loosening with age and changes in temperature, shock, etc. My guess would be the cutter-head bar is the more likely culpret, as there is a tendenancy to lift the cutter by the ends of the bar.
