    Fixing sticky shutter

The shutter for a lens I have has long worked fine, except that i cannot move the shutter speed to the 1/400 position. I believe the shutter is a Copal 1. I was trying to sell the lens (actually, the whole outfit) and that scared off the buyer. Is this something that is likely easily fixed (ie I can do myself with small likelihood of damage) or indicative of something that a pro needs to look at (for a entry fee of $125).

    Thanks
