Does anyone stock Wisner cameras in the UK, it's a camera I really feel comfortable with. I can't even find any second-hand, apart from the United states, but the import duty over here is ridicules.

I'm pretty sure there isn't a stockist here. The reliable suppliers of large format here are Robert White, Teamwork and Linhof Studio. None supplies Wisner.
I know that the import duty here is criminal but there are few ways round it, remember that the shops have to pay it too. If you are keen on a Wisner (I don’t want to get into the pros and cons here – you just have to read the Wisner posts) then the States is the best bet.
The chances of anything coming up second hand here are remote.
