Small quantity matboard

Is it possible to purchase small quantities of archival mat board such as Light Impressions or Artcare. I know that I will pay a premium but it would be worth it. I am looking for 32x40 4 ply and possibly 8 ply in bright white. I am in the Los Angeles area and would be willing to purchase it at retail if any retailer carries it.

I think these guys have the best bulk cost...a couple dollars less ea. board for Artcare
