There's one specifically for MF B&W:

If you believe you can, or you believe you can't... you're right.

Okay. I was looking for one that deals specifically with black and white, not anyone particular genre where color can be in the thread. I realize those threads have a ton of black and white. Looking for a thread that deals solely with black and white.

I don’t think there is, no. Why don’t you start one that fits your vision? I’d appreciate a thread that is B&W only, but doesn’t narrow the subject matter to specifics.

Both large and medium format. I am really interested in the genre of black and white itself. I use large format but will also be using medium and 35mm.

B&W is pretty much the default for large format now; color is the exception. (Before someone reacts: that's not intended as a value judgment, just a statement of practical reality.) If you'd like a B&W-dedicated thread, perhaps you can focus it in some more specific way. Can you identify some aspect(s) or attribute(s) of B&W that you hope to learn more about?

That is what I hope to accomplish, but I need to think about it some so I can word my thoughts accurately. I have some ideas about the topic.

That's fine! If and when you're comfortable doing so, consider doing some "thinking out loud" here - perhaps a bit of shared brainstorming would help in fleshing out the scope of an "understanding B&W" or "working with B&W" thread that many would find rewarding.
