    Is this bona fide B+W filter or fake? Polarizer

    Does this 112mm polarizer look genuine B+W? Let me know what you see in the details either way. This is the only pic available.

    The lettering is inverted (or not inverted) on the inside of ring compared to others that I see on line.

    That is simply an old version. But just think about for a minute, if someone wanted to go to the time and expensive of making a counterfeit B+W polarizer why in the world would they do it with a 112mm? The money would be in the smaller sizes!

    Especially with a Kaesemann type! BTW, when this one was made it was not possible to multicoat them.
