Building a new 4x5 camera

Hello everybody,

I am currently making a 4x5 camera. I am very new in this area, and I just looked at some pictures of cameras, so, I am not sure I am going in the right direction...

I tried to do something which will be rigid and stable. I did not try to optimise the volumes and weight, so it is perhaps a little oversized, but I will do better for the next one!

It is not finished, I still have to finetune and make adjustments.

Please do not hesitate to tell me if I am doing wrong! Your comments will be highly appreciated!

See what minimum bellows draw you allow, you may want to use a 75mm, for example.

I have long thought about making a slide focus box-in-box 4x5 camera with a spare Grafloc back. What got me thinking about it is seeing the hefty cigar boxes made ny "ACID" brand cigars (1/4" mahogany with finger jointed corners.
