Agfa Ortho X-Ray - 18x24cm sheet on a 8x10" holder, got issues with composing, so this is cropped a bit.

Eliverto, well done. Lighting and tone rendering is nice. The subject materials are interesting and work together for me. Especially the rectilinearity of the frame, compared with the rope, which is anything but rectilinear.

    What focal length was used?

    Thank you chassis, it was a 300mm (12") Apo-Ronar at f/64, 30 sec on an Eastman 2-D

Yesterday I thought it was time I made some test shots with my Lerebours et Secretan 15" f5 lens, in combination with film (the lens was designed for Tintype work, originally). So, here is the result: 2 second exposure at f5, on 8X10 inch FP4, processed in Xtol (lovely combination!)

At Fotofest in Houston last week, Anne Tucker from MFAH said I had "feminized Edward Weston's Nautilus. She said it like it was an interesting thing.
