    DIY Jobo style Film Processor

Hi, I recently wrote two articles for the Emulsive Film blog. Building and programming have all been documented.

    Please enjoy

seriouseats.com like the Sansaire and Anova. I trust their opinion—they have high standards and expectations. I would think that for film developing, which is less demanding than cooking, the cheapest one you can find would be fine.

Very interesting. I just decided recently I need something like a Jobo (that I can't afford) for better color film quality.

The biggest flaw with Jobo is the gearmotor ratio - it runs at too high an RPM with not enough torque for large volumes. The drums also fill and drain too slow, esp if you scale up. Something to keep in mind if you customize your own system, like I did.
