Yes I got the 5x7, and...a quarter plate when I went on a trip to England. This camera thing is addictive!

The little camera fits 4x5 so I have film for that. It's actually a plate camera and the people at Beau(wonderful camera store in Kitsilano) suggested when I brought in a holder that it would be perfect for glass plate or wet plate(might be the same thing? Oh so much to learn!). I haven't tried that yet. A little chicken, I think.
Been shooting paper negatives in both to get used to how they and their lenses work, and reading about collodion and dry plate. I went to a collodion demonstration in Burnaby and was really impressed with the look. Also intrigued with the other processes mentioned here. I'm also a painter(oil on canvas mainly) and I think this influences me a lot
