    Wow. Still, that looks like it is going very far into the image, more so than just what the mattebox and filter seems like it would do. Have you shot any pictures on that lens without the filter, and if so, has the vignetting gone away?

    going a bit OT still (sorry!), but yes, I'm pretty sure this one shot on C41 was with the 165:



    It does have a light leak however
