I just found a nice website which contains many, many, many manuals and other pdf files which are available to all, but the owner requests nominal donations of $2 for a pdf download. Check it out: http://www.butkus.org/chinon/

I just downloaded a light meter manual and the quality of the pdf pages and pictures are great. I did see a Goerz manual from cira 1917, but did not download it......yet!
