    Are the elements mounted up in a front and a rear cell that can be unscrewed from the central part of the barrel? If so, the problem come down to making bushings, possibly stepped, threaded female inside to accept the cells and male outside to go into the target shutter. Bushings' lengths calculated to make the shutter plus bushings as thick as the central part of the original barrel.

    If you want a front mount, then you need a bushing, probably stepped, that will hold the lens in front of the target shutter or the target shutter in front of the lens.
