Hello, someone who can give me a hand with the use of depth-of-field letter of rodenstok.
My experience is novice, I always use lens 210 and 135.
I am not sure when to begin to compensate the light, for example in the use of the lens 210, once the bellows passes the 210mm, and should I start to compensate for the loss of light ??. Greetings and I adhere to the guide that you can give me. In Spanish it would be better, if it is in English it takes me longer.

Hello Recardo,

When I work outside in the field, I use a rule of thumb compensating for bellows extension. When working inside with rtable-top and still life compositions, I work through the formula.

Rull of thumb: The 210mm lens is approximately equivilant to 8 inches (I am comfortable with inches) . . . .For every one inch of bellows extension beyond eight inches, I add 1/4 stop of extra exposure. Pretty simple and i can do it in my head while cold, wet and trying to beat the rain.

When working with my 150mm lens, the correction works out to be 1/3 stop additional exposure for every inch beyond six inches.

Secilla regla para lentes 8" (210mm) y de 6" (150mm), la voy a memorizar.. en donde vivo no tengo el problema del frio, aca es el calor el gran problema.
Puedo tomar para un lente de 135mm la misma regla de 1/3 por cada pulgada de fuelle.
