I'll have to take your word for that, since I've never accessed their site from outside the US.

I'm on their site all the time. In fact it's open in a permanent tab in my browser. I place at least one order every week.

I just had a quick browse from the UK without any significant issues (beyond everything being in imperial measures).

I am a little jaded, though; I've just spent two days sourcing 350+ electronic components for a work project, on the Digikey site. It's a little challenging sometimes to be presented with half a million components *of a single type*...
