The field trip on Friday is free and leaves the lobby of the hotel at 9am. It lasts as long as you want it to last.

If you are pregristered for the conference you may pick up your badge anytime after 11am on the 6th floor.

If you plan on registering at the door you may do so anytime after 12noon on Friday on the 6th floor of the hotel.

The Western New England Large Format Group is doing an exhibit of their work on Saturday evening. The location is near the hotel and maps will be available at the conference.

Western New England Large Format Photographers (WNELFP) has a show in the Valley Photographic Center, through the mall from the hotel. You don't even have to go outside to get there. The gallery will be open during most of the Conference, graciously staffed by Valley Photographic Center volunteers.

WNELFP will host a reception (munchies and a cash bar) from 5 to 8 Saturday in the gallery. We hope to see you there!

Been down to the VPC every night this week taking care of last minute stuff - lighting, labels, sweeping and mopping, etc. I hope you don't mind if I pass out from exhaustion at the reception.

I am looking forward toputting faces to names and making some new friends.
