Information on Archival Methods Open end envelopes

Those of you that are using Open End Envelopes from Archival Methods or any other supplier, what information are you recording on the envelope.

I would think negative number if you have one and maybe the name of the scene, but what else?

Exposure information? I would think that would be recorded on a different piece of paper and filed with the negative.

    Just curious.

Date of capture, camera system and/or lense(s) used, subject, developer & development time. I record no exposure info; sometimes I include the EI if it's different from box speed or if there's no box speed.
