Suggest some Japanese camera stores, please.

Back in the '60s, I was in the U.S. Air Force and stationed in Japan for a couple years at Tachikawa Air Base. Many times I rode the commuter train system into Shinjuku and Tokyo to wander around and visit camera stores from mom & pop operations on side streets that were so small that they might have fit into a couple telephone booths to huge flashy multi-level ones on the Ginza.

Of course, these many years later I have no idea about the names and locations of some good stores to contact when I am looking for Japanese photography products. So I am turning to you kind folks on this website for some suggestions.

    Thank you.

Even if you don't buy anything, no visit to Tokyo is complete without going to the Yodobashi and Bic stores. Give yourself time to wallow around in all the floors, not only cameras. But forget about finding some great deals; this is just about reeling about through consumer paradise.
