How do you print custom paper sizes on a 2100/2200

How do you print custom paper sizes on a 2100/2200?
On the print menu it gives you the option for custom size paper, but I can't find where to input the sizes themselves. Any help would be much appreciated!

Yaakov,

Select "user defined" from the paper size drop-down menu, a window will open which allows you to choose your custom paper size.

As far as choosing borerless printing, there is a checkbox on the "main" tab of the printer menu, in the same box as the paper size, style, etc.

I've had my 2200 for about two months and am happy with it, except for the slooooooooowww
print speed.
