    Excellent! Well written so that even I could understand it. Some great points that I will definitely try out. (And don't worry, I live in CA, although I grew up in Philly; Go Eagles!)

    Great article, like the rest of your site. One typo I noticed you might want to fix:

    "Not a good idea the lower angle you shoot from, the more height the food will appear to have."
